Marketing Email Policy

MaxwellX may send administrative messages, response emails, application communications, and, if enabled, newsletters or marketing emails.

Marketing emails

If MaxwellX sends marketing or newsletter emails, we will:

• identify MaxwellX as the sender;
• use accurate subject lines;
• include a physical mailing address where required;
• provide an unsubscribe mechanism;
• honor unsubscribe requests within legally required periods;
• avoid deceptive headers or misleading claims.

Transactional messages

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional, legal, security, application, collaboration, or administrative messages.
