The MaxwellX website is not directed to children under 13.
MaxwellX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.
Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@maxwellx.com.
If MaxwellX later creates educational content directed to children, children’s accounts, youth programs, classroom materials, or student submissions, MaxwellX must update this Notice and implement appropriate parental consent, data minimization, and safety controls.
