Biology Program
Map the field before asking the cell.
Cellular field-response research begins with exposure mapping. The first question is physical: what reaches the sample, where, for how long, and with what thermal response?
Public research sequence
- Map the field in a phantom.
- Compare source geometries.
- Record thermal behavior.
- Establish repeatability.
- Move to partner-led cell assays.
- Track viability, migration, morphology, calcium signaling, and gene expression.
Why geometry matters
A uniform field and a gradient field can have the same nominal magnitude at one point while producing different local maps across the sample. MaxwellX studies that difference.
