Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the MaxwellX website, forms, collaboration channels, or systems to:

• violate law;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• submit malware, exploit code, spam, phishing, or malicious content;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with service operation;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content without permission;
• impersonate others;
• misrepresent affiliation or endorsement;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or defame;
• submit private information about others without permission;
• submit controlled, export-restricted, classified, or illegal technical data;
• submit dangerous instructions for weapons, harmful devices, or unsafe experiments;
• submit medical records or protected health information unless MaxwellX has expressly approved a compliant intake path;
• use Site content to perform unsafe human, animal, biological, RF, laser, high-voltage, or chemical experiments.

MaxwellX may remove content, block submissions, restrict access, or report conduct when appropriate.
