Research and venture overview / October 19, 2026
We are developing NetPhysics to challenge how physical behavior is understood across scales. The research asks whether geometry, retained physical information and relationships across systems can form a more useful organizing framework.
Investigate whether geometric relationships offer a more useful account of interaction and response across selected physical systems.
Identify physical states that retain the effects of interaction, then test whether those states improve prediction and control.
Look for fixed, dimensionless relationships that predict new systems, and define the scales and conditions where they fail.
Develop a framework that earns its place through new, distinguishable predictions. Its scope extends from cells and materials to cosmological questions, including the hypothetical Alpha 1 parent-system concept.
Turn discoveries into specific devices, methods and design tools. Build a portfolio of rights around useful implementations, then prove their fit through four distinct venture applications.
Geometry, material memory and scaling already have established scientific accounts. NetPhysics has not demonstrated a replacement for current physics. The decisive task is to show what its proposal predicts or enables beyond the strongest applicable alternatives.
Inspect the NetPhysics proposal ↗The current foundation includes an explicit oscillator model, three runnable research packages and a documented hypothesis register. The next milestone is a reproducible physical result that can withstand a strong alternative explanation.
Predict a response change from a controlled change in geometry.
First reproduce the conventional result and qualify measurement uncertainty. Evidence for a new physical claim requires an additional prediction that established models do not already explain.
Test whether an identifiable retained state predicts a later response under new input histories.
Compare against justified passive-relaxation and other state models on independent held-out runs. Predefine meaningful improvement, parameter-identification checks and failure criteria.
Test whether a fixed dimensionless mapping transfers beyond the systems used to develop it.
Hold out whole systems, compare with scale-break alternatives and report the valid range. Similar-looking patterns or a shared fitted exponent alone are insufficient.
The central model v0.2 imposes a relationship between geometry, a fading retained state and oscillator response. Its simulations demonstrate consequences of those equations. The three runnable project packages use synthetic demonstrations.
The memory benchmark has imported 1,330 external measured observations across five pulse traces. A physical mapping and independent-run model comparison remain unresolved; no NetPhysics measured-data validation is claimed. Helios One’s reported electrical response is a separate experimental observation.
Alpha 1 does not yet have a supplied dynamical model and distinguishable observable. It remains a long-horizon research question.
Follow the benchmark ↗Our proposed asset strategy spans physical systems, cellular applications and preservation. The opportunity is in specific inventions, implementation know-how, software and rights-backed datasets that emerge from successful work.

Potential shared research infrastructureProposed architecture: a designated owner for properly assigned core assets, with explicit application rights for each venture. The planned agreements would define improvement rights, licensing economics and third-party dependencies.
Protection would center on specific inventions, documented contributors and an assessment of prior art. Natural laws and abstract ideas themselves are not patentable; qualifying practical implementations may be.
These are candidate invention families and a proposed rights structure. No verified patent or assignment schedule is presented here, and no common parent entity or cross-venture investment rights are established by this overview.
Each venture translates a different question into its own research program, potential technology and customer use. Each must earn its own evidence.
Living solar energy. Designed for local independence.
MaxwellX is the proposed engineering path from the NetPhysics thesis to devices: geometry, fields, material interfaces and living-energy systems that can be built and measured.
Test whether a geometry or identifiable retained state gives an instrument or energy interface a reproducible advantage. Helios One is an adjacent experimental program; its reported signal does not validate the NetPhysics model.
Identify a physical substrate, compare a declared model with strong conventional alternatives, and reproduce its performance. For Helios, resolve the biological contribution and demonstrate energy delivered to a load with complete accounting.
Current stage: Helios One has a FieldLab-reported initial electrical response from October 15, 2026. Repeatability, biological attribution and useful power remain unresolved.
Read the project record ↗Bring the framework into moving air.
Weatherhill is the atmospheric application path: understand and influence water in the air through geometry, fields, flow and material interfaces.
Use controlled experiments to test how configuration and physical history affect droplet capture, optical extinction and energy cost. A NetPhysics connection becomes meaningful only through a specified prediction and measured comparison.
Qualify FogLab, reproduce controlled comparisons and measure useful effects beyond the collector. A water-collection result and a visibility result must be evaluated separately, with airflow and whole-system energy included.
Current stage: FogLab is in development. Airport and infrastructure scopes are proposed; a deployed Weatherhill fog-clearing technology has not been established.
Read the project record ↗Ask what physical organization means for a cell.
Karam is the cellular application path: investigate how organization, physical state and biological history relate to useful cell function, identity and restoration.
Define a measurable cellular state and a specific functional outcome. Test whether a proposed physical description adds predictive value beyond appropriate biological explanations. Material memory and biological memory are not assumed to be interchangeable.
Select a bounded model system, qualify the measurements and reproduce a functional result with appropriate controls. Establish the mechanism, durability, identity and safety limits before stronger biological or therapeutic claims.
Current stage: Karam currently presents research tools, an evidence Atlas and proposed service and study directions. No Karam treatment or general human age-reversal result is established.
Read the project record ↗Preserve what future science may need.
Death X is the preservation application path: retain selected biological material and permissioned life records, while investigating the physical requirements for preserving useful information through time and transformation.
Translate broad information questions into measurable preservation endpoints: specimen quality, record integrity, provenance and access. A stored record, a living cell and a representation of a person require different evidence.
Demonstrate archive integrity, portability, permission controls and continuity arrangements. Qualify biological providers and measurable recovery endpoints before enrollment. A scientific claim about personal memory needs its own mechanism and test.
Current stage: The Archive is in development and enrollment is closed. Preservation does not establish memory transfer, continuity of consciousness or revival.
Read the project record ↗Our goal: capture sunlight in a living system, store the energy, and power a home beyond the grid.
FUTURE SYSTEM CONCEPT · Whole-home power is a long-term goal, not demonstrated Helios performance.
Sunlight reaches the living medium. The proposed collection system transfers electricity to storage, which would supply a regulated home circuit.
AI-generated day/night concept artwork with an illustrative energy-flow overlay. Household loads are potential end uses, not supported load ratings. The current research must first establish sustained net power. Paths simplify a protected electrical installation; this is not a wiring diagram.
Helios aims to combine living conversion, electrical collection and storage into a local energy system. Candidate IP includes specific collection geometries, biological-electrical interfaces and power-management methods.
The next milestones are repeatable loaded output, biological attribution, a complete net-energy balance and reliable day/night operation. Whole-home supply and lower total losses remain long-term goals.
Capital would support technical recruitment, experimental qualification, physical validation and the first application. Each stage would have defined continuation criteria.
The first phase would define a specific prediction, its strongest conventional alternative and decisive measurement criteria for one lead physical system.
Milestone: a technical specification and preregistered comparison. The experimental phase would qualify apparatus, collect independent runs and preserve raw records, with analysis of uncertainty, mechanism and repeatability.
Milestone: a reproducible result or a documented basis for revision. The IP program would assess contributors, prior art, disclosure history and ownership, with protection decisions preceding enabling disclosure where appropriate.
Milestone: an evaluated invention disclosure, rights schedule and protection decision. The first application would pair the demonstrated effect with a specific customer need, evaluated against performance, reliability, cost and resource requirements.
Milestone: a qualified prototype and commercial development decision.A successful application could advance through a product, license or partnership. Expansion into another domain would depend on supporting evidence and rights.
Milestone: commercial agreements and measurable adoption.Instruments and modules. Validated design tools. Application-specific technology licenses. Sponsored development. Recurring platforms where customer demand and delivery economics support them.
The next phase centers on a lead experiment, technical team and costed research plan. The issuer, fundraising amount, security and investor rights remain to be finalized in transaction documents.
Principal risks include scientific failure, conventional explanations, limited transfer across domains, weak or unavailable IP protection, specialist capacity, capital requirements and long development cycles. No revenue, customer count, valuation or investment return is asserted.
Research basis: NetPhysics research edition 03, central model v0.2 and the ventures’ public project records. The IP roadmap and rights architecture are proposed strategy. AI assisted synthesis, writing and design.
Discuss the lead hypothesis, the first independently reviewable experiment, the application it could enable and the rights needed to commercialize it.
